Eat-Man

Vol.19 Chapter 84 : 83 Eat Finish [Continued] 84 Toward A Distant Place
  • 0.92m
  • Yoshitomi Akihito

From B-U: Eat-man tells the missions of the adventurer/mercenary Bolt Crank. A cool guy that has the ability to manifest from his hands ANYTHING that he ate (hence the name of the manga). He takes on missions from people who are willing to pay the most but he's still an average good guy. Don't worry, it's not a spoiler cuz there are many plot twists. Truly worth reading. There are 19 volumes in total. However Viz only worked on till volume 2 or 3. The rest are scanlated. From manga jouhou: Eat-Man is a manga by Akihito Yoshitomi, serialized monthly in Dengeki Comics GAO! Anthology. Eat-Man follows the adventures of Bolt Crank a man who has the ability to eat anything(and I do mean ANY thing) and reform it through his arms at any time as he needs it. For example, he eats someone's gun, and he can reform it in his hand and it's fully functional. Being a Mercenary for hire, this ability naturally comes in handy. The stories of Eat-Man follow Bolt Crank as he goes through various jobs, or sometimes back to an old acquaintance for a favor or to finish a job started a long time ago. There isn't a consistent plotline overall, most of the time each story is a one-shot, with sometimes two-parters. Some details from previous stories are carried over, and characters come back to make other appearances in later stories.

  • 268.80k
  • Yuzunoki Taro

Verde, a powerful and secret organization that controls the world has a new leader. The only thing that stands in its way is an unlikely character, Kujou Shin, the king of pessimists. He has no attachments to anything or anyone and feels no hesitation at dying. He is unwillingly dragged into a fight for the most powerful position in the world, the leader of Verde. What will be his fate? Note: In chess, pawns can normally move one square forward, and can only capture pieces that are in front and diagonal to them. On its very first move, however, a pawn can move forward either one space or two spaces. If, by moving forward two spaces instead of one, the pawn avoids capture by the opponent's pawn, the opponent has the option of capturing that pawn en passant (in passing). The opponent would "take" the space the skipped by the other pawn and capture it just as if it had only moved forward one space. You can only take en passant on the first opportunity provided. Futakoi Alternative

Vol.1 Chapter 10 : Mission 10
  • 98.60k
  • Sasaki Mutsumi, Futaba Hina

From Wikipedia : Futakoi Alternative tells the story of Rentar? Futaba and his detective agency. One day a set of twins, Sara and S?ju, show up at his doorstep. They move in with him and work as secretaries for his agency. Classifying Futakoi Alternative as a specific genre is extremely difficult, although at its core, it is most similar to a romantic comedy. The first handful of episodes are lighthearted, but the series becomes more serious as it approaches its conclusion. The criticisms about the show is normally the same as its accolades: Namely, that it never settles completely into any one genre or style and switches between them from episode to episode (being almost equal parts romance, action, scifi/fantasy and comedy).
